Our Famous Monthly Haunted Firehouse
Paranormal Investigation

Looking for something interesting to do on a the weekend? Check out our friendly spirits at our haunted headquarters. This is a "hands on" experience for you! Unlike any other paranormal groups in Indy, we let you use our equipment (K-II meters, Tri-field meters, IR thermometers, etc.) during the investigation.   Investigations are conducted in a decommissioned firehouse built in 1911.   The building is two stories, with a basement that contains two old jail holding cells. We have experienced a lot of activity there and lots of EVP's. Digital cameras and audio recorders are welcome. We will place several members of our team with your group to assist you. We split into two groups with one group beginning in the basement and main floor area and the other group upstairs. After two hours, the groups will change location.

Proceeds from this investigation will be donated to the Indianapolis Fire Buffs

Creation Cafe and Euphoria Restaurants
Friday, January 15, 2009

Full night, closed investigation of Buggs Temple.   Buggs Temple is home to the Creation Cafe and Euphoria restaurant.   It was formerly a church and a location where many fine jazz and gospel concerts were held in the past.    Many people have experienced moving shadows, doors closing on their own and unusual sounds.    Who knows.......the music you hear while dining may be from a long ago church service or concert performer.  We're going to find out and post our results here!   The renovation preserved much of the old original building even to the point of each brick being relayed one by one!   This one promises to be an interesting night for us!

Our Beginnings

PARANORMAL 911 (formerly Transdimensional Phenomenon Investigators of Indiana - TPI of Indiana)
is a group of paranormal investigators located in central Indiana.    Our founders, Sean and Mary first became interested in the paranormal during frequent trips to St. Augustine, Florida over the past 8 years.  St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States and is widely known to be haunted.  Many locations, including the St. Augustine Lighthouse and The Old Jail have been featured on many of the popular ghost hunting shows.

Sean and Mary, decided to expand their investigations back on the home front in Indiana.   Sean has had several experiences throughout his life and is somewhat a sensitive in that he can feel the heaviness and the cold when a presence is near.  His interest in the paranormal increased when he transferred to a different fire station.   The station had been rumored to be "haunted" for many years, with numerous firefighters that have worked there experiencing unusual events.  When Sean started working at that station he, too, experienced some unusual events, felt the presence of something, experienced icy chills, saw shadows moving and found a lot of orbs in photos that he had taken.   We know that the jury is out on the validity of orbs as to whether they truly represent spirit energy, or are dust, reflections, or any number of things.

It soon became very apparent that there were, indeed, unusual things happening at this station after an investigation (which is currently ongoing) was started. Through the use of a video camera, digital camera, digital audio recorders and a K-II meter, he was able to establish that there is a female spirit in the firehouse and many details about her.  In reviewing the video and sound, it was determined not only that there is a female spirit residing in the firehouse, but also a male spirit.   The EVP's have been reviewed and verified by another trusted paranormal agency, Knight Paranormal Investigations in Pennsylvania.  Please read more  about this on our INVESTIGATIONS page.
